Jason is an experienced researcher with a background in user experience and service design. He applies the latest user-centred research approaches along with behavioural design principles to help organisations understand problem areas, identify user needs and design for behaviour change
Louise has extensive experience within the design and technology space- first as a teacher of design and technology to students and then as a user experience designer and strategist for a range of organisations. She is the detail-orientated, continuously questioning superstar of our team
